Slag Grinding Mill
To reduce the blast furnace smelting temperature, a certain amount of limestone or dolomite needs to be added as a flux. The product produced by the decomposition of the blast furnace and the waste ore in iron ore and the ash in coke are melted and floated on the surface of the molten iron, and then quenched by air or water to form granular particles. This is slag. When the slag exists, it is basically non-hydraulic, but after being stimulated, it will show hydraulically fine slag powder. The slag containing more SiO2 is acidic slag, and the one containing more Al2O3 and CaO is alkaline slag. The activity of alkaline slag is higher than that of acidic slag.
PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY
Slag milling is generally processed to a specific surface area of 300-500㎡ / kg., which meets S95 and S105 concrete standards.

The finished powder collected by the delivery device is delivered to the finished product bin, and then packed uniformly with the powder tanker or automatic packing machine.
